Check in and check out:
Check in from 3pm to 10pm (unless by prior arrangement)
Check out time is 11 am

Cancellation policy:

Flexible Cancellation:

You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 12 noon, 48 hours prior to arrival.  Bookings cancelled thereafter will be charged the cost of the first night booked

Advance Purchase:

A credit or debit card is required to charge full pre-payment at the time of booking. This is non-refundable and non-transferable

Children and extra bed policy:

The maximum occupancy of in our bedrooms is 2 adults however we are able to accommodate 1 child under 3 in a travel cot. We have a limited number of travel cots available so please request at time of booking as subject to availability. Please feel free to bring your own travel cot. Please bring own bedding

Credit cards:
The hotel accepts Visa, Mastercard & Amex. Diners Club is not accepted

Damages:

An additional cleaning cost will be applied in the event of damage to linen and/or any furnishings. Should a room require excessive cleaning, appropriate charges will be made. Any additional damage to property within The Coach and Horses will be at the cost of the guest

Internet
WiFi is available in the bedrooms and the public areas and is free of charge

Parking:
There is ample FREE onsite parking

Pets:
Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms however we welcome them in our bar and outside areas

Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the pub or bedrooms. Please use the designated area

Room keys:
Please leave room keys at Reception if going out for the day and at check out. Lost keys will be charged at £35.00

VAT:
VAT at the current rate is included 

Accessible information:
Front and back access to the bar and most dining areas plus toilets
